How do I make an appointment with a Financial Counseller?

I can’t get through to make an appointment and when I do, there aren’t any appointments available?

Unfortunately we are experiencing very high demands for our Financial Counselling services, particularly in the Peel Region.

What do I bring to my Financial Counselling Appointment?

Payslips or income statements

Bank statements

Letters about your Centrelink payments, debts, bills or fines

Letters about your tax, rent, assets and other money you receive or pay

Why do appointments go for 90 min?
For initial appointments we allow up 90 minutes (we may not require the full 90 minutes) generally appointments go for 60 minutes.
